This policy describes the current version of DocFileKit. If advertising, analytics, cloud services, or accounts are added later, this policy will be updated before those features are released.

Overview

DocFileKit is an offline-first document utility app. Core document processing is designed to occur on your device.

Data collection

The current version of DocFileKit does not collect personal data from the app, does not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not use cross-app tracking.

Files and documents

Files, photos, scans, and documents you choose to process are handled locally on your device for the requested operation. DocFileKit does not upload those files to a DocFileKit server in the current version.

Device permissions

DocFileKit may request access to your camera, photo library, or local files only when needed for features you choose to use, such as scanning, importing, saving, or exporting documents.

Third-party content

You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to process files and content you choose to open or edit with DocFileKit.

Changes to this policy

If DocFileKit's data practices change, this policy will be updated to reflect the current app behavior.
